The Walk-In Check Free · 3 minutes

Is your business walk-in ready?

Nine questions. Answer them honestly — nobody's watching. There are no trick questions and no wrong answers, and I'm not going to ask for your email until you've seen all nine. Have your phone handy for a couple of them.

The nine doors

Every one of these is a way in. Or a way past you.

This isn't a framework I invented for a landing page. It's the checklist I run for clients every week — the same nine columns, tracked job by job. I've just made it public so you can score yourself against it.

01

The Search Door

You come up when someone types what you do plus their suburb. Not your business name — the job.

02

The Map Door

Your Google Business Profile: the box with the map, the photos and the reviews. Complete, and actually alive.

03

The Word-of-Mouth Door

Recent Google reviews — and replies underneath them. The only thing on this list a stranger trusts more than your own website.

04

The Listings Door

Your name, address and phone number, matching everywhere they appear. Old numbers cost jobs quietly.

05

The Feed Door

Instagram and Facebook showing recent, finished work. Proof you're busy, without having to say it.

06

The Watch Door

Video. Where people go to research before they commit to something expensive — and where almost no trade shows up.

07

The Room Door

The conversations you're not in. Local Facebook groups and Reddit threads where someone asks for a recommendation.

08

The Press Door

Being mentioned by people who already have trust — local papers, industry sites, other people's blogs.

09

The Answer Door

What happens after they message you. The one nearly everybody skips, and the cheapest one to fix.

+

The AI Door

Whether ChatGPT and Google's AI name you when someone asks them for a recommendation. Not scored — but you'll get a read on it at the end.

Three minutes and you'll know which of the nine are shut.

That's the nine. Where should I send it?

Two boxes and your score's on the next screen — with the doors costing you the most and what to do about them first.

Melbourne businesses

Everyone who finishes the check can claim a free audit. Not the self-scored version — me going through your actual Google profile, rankings, listings and competitors by hand, and sending back what I'd fix first. Details on the next screen.

You've scored yourself. Now let me actually go and look.

Free, for anyone who finishes this check: I go through your real Google profile, your rankings, your listings, your socials and your three closest competitors — by hand, not by tool — and send you back what I found and what I'd fix first.

Melbourne only, and only a handful a month. I work across Bayside and the south east, and an audit's only worth doing if I know the market you're competing in.

Last bit — so I know where to look.

Done — that's with me. I'll come back to you within a couple of business days with what I find. If it's urgent, email me direct at hello@beetsandco.com.au.
